A tough one.

That’s a tough one…

It’s hard to be my usual happy self with what has been going on in the last few days in Europe.

I’ m not used to talking about stuff I, honestly, have no expertise on but the situation in Ukraine is scary and sad. Let’s hope we see the end of it very soon, and no more people get hurt.

So about everything positive and good that has been going on with me!

Yet another interview

The people at Comicsbeat wanted to know more about John Carter so they asked Chuck Brown and me. Chuck Brown killed it and I was there!

Red Sonja, Red Black and White

Yet another teenage/ young adult fantasy came true this year in the form of me drawing a Red Sonja story! She is strong, she is cool, she is tough, she is a warrior! And I had the chance to work with her (and even more notably. the amazing Dan Abnett) in this slick stylized book by Dynamite!

In my last newsletter I talked about Shuffle! The cool superhero story I’ ve been working on alongside J.D. Boucher. I also talked about the awesome indie soundtrack I’ve been working with, so I thought it would be only fair to spread the love and the awesomeness! Enjoy!

The next one is equal parts exciting and expected to me. The SUPER BEST FRIEND campaign has been super successful- super fast. I had no doubt in my mind as it is a great story, with great characters by the great writer, and all- around great guy Jason Inman. The fact that I’m part of this project, that he trusts me with his baby, is honestly amazing to me.

Only a few hours left people! You have to hurry if you want to have the chance at some silver age awesomness!!

The second to last Buckhead issue is out tomorrow(3/2)! I honestly don’t want Buckhead to end. It makes me sad to not have any more Buckhead stories to draw! Don’t miss out!

It’s not a secret that I love Spider-man! I think during my school years more people knew me as the kid that is always talking about Spider-man, than as George! Spider-man is life. So, during the last few months I have been uploading some Spider-man fanarts in my social media! They have had a great reception by everyone so far, which has made me very- very happy. What happened last week, though... exceeded my expectations, by far, and gave me a super warm and happy feeling! It’s a great feeling to realize your art makes other people happy! A whole article on Screen Rant!!! About one of my favorite Spider-man fanarts!!! Thank you so much guys! I couldn’t stop blushing for a few hours after I saw that!

Here’s another one!

Anyways! My mood has been lacking these last few days, obviously, so I turned to my furry mischievous family to try and fix it!

So let me introduce you to my three babies:

This is Mushu! He is the handsomest boy! He relies on the other two so he doesn’t have to beg for anything (treats and stuff at least)! He gets to be above all that! We pet him for as long as he wants and as often (or rather rarely) as he wants.

This is Tiny! He is not that Tiny tbh but he is the smartest cat alive! He has an EQ I have rarely met in a human. He has been through some tough times though before he came to us, so you can imagine giving him medicine, whenever we happen to need to, is torture for all parts involved.

This is Hazel. She is a food thief. If you want to eat something well you can’t if Hazel is there. She is also a chair thief! She waits for me to get up and she steals my chair and pretends to fall asleep immediately. I have nothing more to say! Oh! and she likes to snuggle and sleep on us under the covers at night.

Take Care!
